A list of all Mormon lawyers needs to be exposed . Nurses cannot trust them . It appears that Chelle is a name that top posts when nurses are searching for attorney’s who go before the BON. They are not the ones you want . Chelle is not a fighter , neither is Sara Stark. If you want a lawyer who is not a part of the steady stream of revenue , do not go to one of them .

BD case: A RN gave a Rn a ppd WITH INSULIN ! , The one who got the wrong medication, is not diabetic and had severe reaction when it absorbed. The incompetent med error nurse told her not to tell anyone, to cover it up . But a incident report had gone it. Then she says , ‘everyone will know” . Actually if you didn’t get a letter of concern , the world would know. Chelle went on about how many nursing cases he does . Not a hard fighter for nurses, neither is Stark . Oh and Chelle if you brag about how many nursing cases you do and are so involved with nurses maybe saying “her insulin level was ok” . Excuse me , they would not test for insulin level , pretty sure , it was her blood sugar level . And seems you told nurse to stay home so the BON would not ask her if she tried to cover it up . That’s the way it seemed . Remember treat everyone with KINDNESS !

There seem to be some nurses who get away with murder and then those who get revoked , with no reason but lies. It seems like it is the attorney who the person hired for the case. Favoritism . When you have a “plant ‘ on the bd , who makes comments how she wants the others to vote , and then a number of board members who are stupid enough to do it . She THE HINT person CAROLYN MCCORMIES , watches who says something with the way she wants it to go , then says “Is that YOUR motion ” . (mcCormies has unclean hands , but doesn’t want the record to show it was her .) And then she can even count on her 2n’d er’s (locinar who is paying the state back for her drug addict x husband to keep his Drs license , and spousal support and her son have a father who can say is a Dr) . with NO drug testing!) and Hill 2nd ‘er (unless it is a case she can say and loves to say “motion to deem”. LOL , still trying to prove that blacks are as smart as whites ? “Ill make a motion to deem” nurse what does that mean , no response. Remember they used to say ‘you gave us the white man’s test ? to cover up for low scores. , still late for everything . This is true , and no one can say ‘she was just doing her job”. Her job did not include lying , working with the ALJ as a partner in crime, bringing up such unrelated , trivia. Something the bd should not be involved in , over stepping any authority with the bd. Telling the bd what to do , having private meetings with the bd members , and investigators . Influencing bd members that can not think for themselves in private meetings. It is a true poetic justice to see her lose her license and go to prison where she belongs .
