A favorite apparent tactic of Boards of Nursing is to deliberately draw out investigations and the disciplinary processes. In most states when a nurse is innocent, (and we know a large percentage are) cases often take 2 to 3 years to conclude. These cases are the “contested” cases where the nurse has been falsely accused or the discipline is far too harsh to meet the crime. Contested cases make up a large proportion of matters reported. In Texas, 5000 nurses are investigated a year. Of these only 1400 have merit. Yet the Board will with impunity spend years attempting to railroad the nurse into accepting charges.
Boards assume guilt. The process is geared towards denying any evidence of innocence and forcing the nurse to comply. Boards frankly “must-win”. This is more often than not acceptable to the nurse. Nurses feel they cannot sign charges that allege something they never did. When nurses fight back, Board’s dig in their heels and will delay, delay, and delay justice for years.
Not in all states there are timelines . Arizona , it is just another way of denying justice . But will never admit any of it ! Never .
AZ STATE BOARD OF NURSING CORRUPTION WATCHDOGS 
It represents the state of the electronic world to govern and monitor many via the masses. Fortunately mant states have rejected the NCSBN and more than half are still not associated with policies…however docs from out side of the 23 NCSBN members are present in their files. Unconstitutional.

NCSBN are nazi nurses . From WADE in DC to Mary Ann ALexander they know what they do it corrupt but keep doing it . No wonder AZ goes to the meetings . Another waste of taxpayers money . Who ok’d this ?

love it when someone goes outside the box. Bd member Carolyn McCORMIES the brain washed bimbo of AZ , goes to these meetings with almost as much anticipation at the Convention of mormons and their crazy talk . She soaks it all up, guzzles that Kook aid down that big mouth of hers . So many have heard this biased bitch go after certain ones , inconsistent . Why do other board members even follow her BS first statement ??? selective selection of those willing to be corrupt no matter what, it is as if they have to do this. Nothing further from the truth.
