That feeling when I realized it was all a mirage & I was duped I really thought the employers wanted good nurses & quality care. Time showed me that nurses are groomed to be exploited & quality care is not necessarily the goal of many healthcare employers .
Sad part is the boards of nursing know this and do not care , their focus is on convictions , sanctions on license, get you on probation, get you to sign that consent agreement, then they got you. You cannot full fill it , they know that when they make their motions at the bon meeting. A set up . Tricks . So they go for jugular and the kill . Revocation. They got the taste of blood and the next one is swifter and quicker , before the nurse non legal person knows what happened . Then just repeat .
