Must have a union to strike, that means getting organized. As long as you have the azna , and others who are dead set against unions , nursing in az will suck . IF you notice in Calif it is non union nurses working there who get the worst . They hate a union protecting a nurse. Look at Cliff Wilmeng , MINN , union stopped the bullsh*t, the kind jokey flings .
