Yes the AZ Bd of Nursing acts like a gang . They all play a part .

This is why they do what they do . The so called ‘investigator’ who is so unqualified at real nursing , and may or may not have any nursing education, is out for one thing to ‘catch you ‘ in a lie. Because they have been told over and over “they are all liars , don’t read their side of the story” . YES this is part of their training. Training by deceitful , liars .

Some agencies use ‘cops’ , because they can ask questions. It is very common knowledge that cops lie , make stuff up , add to a situation to get more charges, make their quota . (not all cops , well far and few between do the totally honest thing). Why do you think a law was passed it is ok for cops to lie to people . Was there any law saying the BON can lie to nurses ? no they just do it . The nurses aren’t lying , they call them in and ask different questions , and then say ‘they changed their story”.

People who are lying will also sometimes start removing themselves from their story and start directing the focus on other people. You will hear fewer me’s and I’s as liars try to psychologically distance themselves from the lie that they’re weaving.
